Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship all orders placed before 1pm shipped out the same or next day, but please allow 2-5 business days for your products to ship. Also, we try to ship multiple items together in a single parcel, but you may receive multiple parcels to fulfill your order more promptly. For our international and Hawaii customers, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and security is our first concern. For this reason we do not keep records of any credit cards on file without your permission. We also will not share or sell your contact info or emails with anyone, ever, without your consent. We take this policy very seriously.
Returns & Replacements
If you are dissatisfied in any way, please let us know. We would like to try to find a solution that works for you. We honor all manufacturers’ return policies and always work hard to make sure you are satisfied with your purchases.
Double U has a 30-day return policy on products. Depending on the type of product Double u will Exchange, Replace, or in some situations Refund. Read below details for our policy.
Inventory Products. Many products Double U sells fit into this category. These products are items which are able to be returned in original packing and can go back to the manufacture for replacement or can be placed on the shelf to be re-sold if they are not broken. All returns must be in new condition, as originally received for refunds. Refunds will be made for items minus the actual shipping charges that Double U paid, regardless of if the customer was originally provided free shipping or not. Inventory items which have been used and are returned for a cash or store credit, May receive a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from the refunded amount.
Custom Items. These products are customer selected or customized items. For example, dog collars with attached name plates, or customized tee shirts or sweatshirts. Basically, these items are not able to go back into inventory. For customized items, Double U will exchange or replace for similar products in the correct size, or color needed. These customized items are not available for a refund; however, they can be exchanged in our 30 day policy.
